RapidDoc – Quick, Efficient Sorting of Document Types With an intuitive user interface, RapidDoc enables you to sort batch document types with a click of a mouse and eliminates the need for separator sheets. One Click Assignment of Document Types RapidDoc creates a thumbnail version of scanned files and uses it to expedite document type assignment before routing it to the proper repository destination. A user simply needs to click on the thumbnail to assign the appropriate document type. Multi-page TIFF files are quickly and accurately divided into appropriate files, all without the need for labor-intensive separator sheets. As documents get scanned through an enterprise operation, RapidDoc monitors the document’s status and queues the documents that need to be assigned types. Once a user signs in and opens RapidDoc, the documents needing type assignments are delivered for review in the order they were scanned.
